As a Social Worker in our team, you will assess the needs of citizens and carers, plan, implement, review, and evaluate outcomes. Working for and with individuals, you will take care to understand their unique circumstances and priorities. By championing the principles of choice and control, you will support people to make their own decisions. - Knowledge of the latest legislation, guidance and regulations in relation to Adult Services, enabling you to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
