Responsibilities- You will deliver highâquality assessments and manage a complex caseload while supporting colleagues through mentoring, coaching and dayâtoâday supervision.
- You will step in for the Team Manager when needed, contributing to a nurturing and collaborative environment.
- Your input will help shape decisionâmaking, promote reflective practice and ensure our interventions are strengthsâbased, proportionate and outcomeâfocused.
- You are an experienced and confident social worker with a deep commitment to safeguarding, empowerment and relationshipâbased practice.
- You have excellent assessment and analytical skills, a proactive attitude and the ability to make sound, childâcentred decisions.
- You are passionate about promoting positive change and enabling families to identify their strengths and build resilience.
