The Governing Body of The River Centre 3-16 Learning Community are seeking to appoint an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to fully support the school’s journey towards excellence. The successful candidate will be passionate about driving The River Centre 3-16 Learning Community forward and will have the ability to motivate and develop staff as part of a tenacious team, which prides itself as being truly collaborative and supportive.
We wish to appoint an ambitious and inspirational leader who has worked within a special school setting, who will make outstanding contributions to the senior leadership team and the future development of the school.
We are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Thorough pre-employment screening is undertaken during the recruitment process. The post holder will be required to complete an application for a Disclosure of Criminal Records.
This post requires a registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) under the category of School Teacher and registration will need to be in place prior to commencement in the role.
