Aspire Blaenau Gwent is recruiting apprentices, each employed by Aspire and placed with a host manufacturing company for two to three years. Apprentices work for both the employer and the host, combining on-the-job work with a college course and training. Applicants must be aged 16 to 24 and the post is based on a 37-hour week, with selection by interview. Thorough pre-employment screening is carried out during recruitment.
