The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our workshop, retail customers, and showroom sales . You will be responsible for providing expert advice and efficient service on parts, accessories, clothing, and merchandise—ensuring that both riders and technicians have everything they need.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Parts & Aftersales Support: Managing stock levels, pre-picking parts for the workshop, and ensuring timely availability for service and repair jobs.
- Retail Sales: Assisting customers in the showroom with Harley-Davidson clothing, merchandise, and accessories , ensuring they receive expert guidance and an outstanding experience.
- Customer Service: Processing payments, handling invoices, and maintaining high service standards for both walk-in customers and workshop clients.
- Organisation & Accuracy: Ensuring correct storage of parts, checking deliveries against stock records, and maintaining an efficient aftersales operation.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Experience in automotive or motorcycle parts and aftersales (preferably in premium brands).
- A strong background in customer service and retail sales .
- Excellent organisation and teamwork skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail .
- A passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand!
