Blade Traffic Management are a UK leading supplier of Temporary Traffic and Pedestrian Management solutions, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient systems across a wide range of sectors including highways, utilities, construction, infrastructure, crane lifts, surfacing, and events.
Our day-to-day operations focus on setting up, maintaining, and removing safe temporary traffic management solutions that protect road users, pedestrians, and our clients' workforce. Due to continued growth and increasing demand across multiple sectors, we are actively seeking experienced and motivated 12D Traffic Management Operatives to join our expanding team.
We are looking for hard-working, flexible, and reliable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and can confidently respond to evolving traffic and pedestrian management requirements. This is a permanent position with a guaranteed 40-hour contract over 7 days. Traffic Management is a challenging but rewarding career; the role can be physically demanding and involves working outdoors in all weather conditions. The average working week is typically 50-60 hours and includes regular night and weekend work.
- Installing, maintaining, and removing various Traffic Management schemes
- Liaising with clients and highway authorities in a professional manner
- Undertaking traffic counts, client, and subcontractor calls, recording timings and near misses
- Using a tablet to complete site packs (training provided)
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Minimum 1 year Traffic Management experience (required)
- NRSWA Unit 2 (required)
