Blade Traffic Management are a leading UK supplier of Temporary Traffic and Pedestrian Management solutions, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient systems across a wide range of sectors including highways, utilities, construction, infrastructure, crane lifts, surfacing, and events.

Our day-to-day operations focus on setting up, maintaining, and removing safe temporary traffic management solutions that protect road users, pedestrians, and our clients' workforce. From lane closures and traffic light systems to full pedestrian diversion schemes, we provide reliable, safety-first solutions nationwide.

Due to continued growth and increasing demand across multiple sectors, we are actively seeking an experienced and motivated Traffic Management Surveyor to join our expanding team. This is primarily an office-based role at our Bradford Head Office; however, there will be occasions where site visits are required for surveys and meetings. A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential. Office hours are 08:00am - 17:30pm (42.5 hours per week), with occasional overtime available during busy periods.

We are looking for a hard-working, flexible, and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently design safe and cost-effective traffic and pedestrian management solutions nationwide.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Designing Temporary Traffic and Pedestrian Management schemes
  • Conducting site surveys (remote and in-person)
  • Liaising with clients, local authorities, and operations teams
  • Ensuring all designs comply with Chapter 8 and relevant legislation
  • Supporting operational teams with technical guidance
  • Attending client meetings when required

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 1 year Traffic Management experience (required)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
  • NRSWA Unit 2 (preferred)
