Blade Traffic Management are looking for a flexible and proactive individual to join our expanding Operations Team. We are a well-established, innovative, and forward-thinking company delivering a unique approach to Traffic and Pedestrian Management. Our professional service ensures cost-effective, reliable, and most importantly safe systems of traffic and pedestrian control.
We understand the challenges and time pressures within this fast-moving industry, and we pride ourselves on getting it right, on time, every time.
Role Responsibilities- Allocation of daily works nationally
- Ensuring positive communication between office staff and site operatives
- Completing daily operational checks
- Working closely with the Projects and Operations Teams
- Liaising with suppliers to arrange hire or purchase of equipment
- Collaborating with the wider Blade Group
- Participating in out-of-hours on-call support (additional pay provided)
- Strong geographical knowledge of the UK and postcode areas
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to extract and interpret key information effectively
- Able to work well under pressure and within a team environment
- Excellent time management and telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in the Traffic Management industry (desirable)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
