Blade Traffic Management is seeking a flexible and proactive individual to join our expanding Operations Team. As a well-established, innovative company, we deliver a unique approach to traffic and pedestrian management, ensuring cost‑effective, reliable, and safe systems of control. We pride ourselves on meeting challenges and time pressures in this fast‑moving industry, getting it right, on time, every time.

Role Responsibilities

  • Allocate daily works nationally
  • Ensure positive communication between office staff and site operatives
  • Complete daily operational checks
  • Work closely with the Projects and Operations Teams
  • Liaise with suppliers to arrange hire or purchase of equipment
  • Collaborate with the wider Blade Group
  • Participate in out‑of‑hours on‑call support (additional pay provided)

  • Strong geographical knowledge of the UK and postcode areas
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to extract and interpret key information effectively
  • Able to work well under pressure and within a team environment
  • Excellent time management and telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in the traffic management industry (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
