Our client is looking for a Receptionist to start immediately to work at a luxury hotel in Chiswick, London. The Receptionist job is temporary for 2-3 months, 40hrs pw shifts 7am-3.30pm & 2.30pm-11pm covering 5 days. Pay up to £12p/h.
Job Duties:
- Responding to telephone and guest enquiries, providing a high level of service.
- Working on the Opera Cloud PMS.
- Assisting with reservations and dealing with any complaints.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a hotel.
- Knowledge of working on Opera Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills and well-groomed.
