Our client is looking to fill permanent Painting jobs at an educational institution in Oxford, Oxfordshire. Pay up to £10.60p/h, working M-F 39hrs pw.
Job Duties:
- Carrying out painting jobs and decorating, including planning and preparation work.
- Repairing surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes and cracks, and removing old paint or wallpaper.
- Mixing, matching and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces including metal, wood, plaster and stone.
- Ensuring that the work area is left tidy after the painting jobs are finished.
- Routine maintenance work.
Job Requirements:
- Good experience of painting and decorating.
- Basic IT skills and good practical understanding of health & safety legislation.
- Ability to be flexible in working hours, including out of hours working, as necessary.
- Ideally, candidates will live local to Oxford, Oxfordshire.
Job Location: Painting jobs located near to Oxford Parkway station in Oxford, Oxfordshire OX2 8HA.
