Our client is looking to fill a Plumbing job at an educational institution in Oxford, Oxfordshire. Permanent Plumbing job paying up to £13.20p/h, working M-F 8-4.30.
Job Duties:
- General plumbing maintenance and installations, as well as routine maintenance.
- Carrying out plumbing installations such as bathrooms, washrooms and toilets, renovations and general maintenance.
- Installs and repairs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks, showers and toilets, for water (hot and cold) and assembling fittings and valves for installation.
- Testing plumbing systems for leaks and performing inspections of plumbing systems to identify and replace worn parts.
Job Requirements:
- Experience carrying out plumbing and general maintenance.
- Basic IT skills and good practical understanding of health & safety legislation.
- Ability to be flexible in working hours, including out of hours working, as necessary.
- Ideally candidates will live local to Oxford, Oxfordshire.
