Permanent multi-skilled handyman position within a hospitality environment. Our client is looking for someone to join their team and provide hands-on property maintenance across residential and commercial premises located in High Wycombe and Elephant and Castle.
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
Standard hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 1 hour lunch with a need for flexibility for earlier starts or weekend work.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out basic routine maintenance tasks including carpentry, decorating, plumbing repairs; basic electrical tasks; lamp changes and emergency light testing, roofing repairs and inspections; basic gardening duties; reporting issues.
- Completing planned preventative maintenance as well as responding to reactive maintenance and following instructions from management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled handyman or minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar handyman / maintenance role.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Excellent communication.
- Understanding of health and safety procedures would be essential.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Well organized and apt in problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable & Flexible.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Location: The Mobile Multi Skilled Handyman Job will be mobile around High Wycombe and Elephant and Castle.
