As we continue to expand, we are looking for proactive, organised, and detailed Hire/Sales Coordinators to support our existing hire desk team.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, highly reactive, customer engaging role while acting as a key link between our clients and our Operations team, ensuring the smooth coordination of hires while identifying opportunities to increase revenue within the Blade group of companies.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Diligently manage and coordinate hire enquiries from existing clients
- Prepare hire quotations and follow up to secure work purchase orders
- Work as part of a wider team
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear and professional communication
- Extract and clarify client requirements to ensure accurate service delivery
- Identify and develop sales opportunities from incoming enquiries and existing accounts
- Handle contract documentation, job tracking, and provide invoicing support
- Resolve client queries quickly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records within company systems
Key Skills Required
- Excellent friendly communication and customer service skills
- Detail focused individual. Ability to relay information clearly between clients and operational teams
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify sales opportunities
- Confident handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Good IT and administration skills
- Experience in plant hire and/or sales coordination is advantageous but not essential
- Experience with hire software systems is advantageous
