We’re looking for an Organisational Development Business Partner who operates as a trusted partner — someone who understands the business, asks the right questions, and uses learning and development to add real value.
The role:
- Identify organisational and team development needs aligned to business priorities
- Design and deliver targeted learning solutions that support performance, compliance and service delivery
- Contribute OD insight to workforce planning, talent and change activity
- Build strong relationships that influence how capability is developed across the organisation
This is a visible, outward-facing role with genuine scope to shape thinking and decisions.
About you:

You’re comfortable partnering with stakeholders, translating organisational needs into development solutions, and facilitating learning with confidence. Train-the-Trainer training will be provided, so we’re as interested in your potential and approach as your current experience.
