The primary role of the Project Manager is to lead one of the two section delivery teams in the safe, productive, and profitable construction of the earthworks. As the day-to-day management face of Blackwell, the Project Manager will maintain excellent relations with stakeholders and members of the public when required, reporting directly to the Earthworks Operations Leader and the Project Senior Leadership Team. The postholder will support and motivate their team to develop a strong working unit and enable all employees to fulfil their potential, contributing to the Company’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities: Lead a sectional delivery team to ensure earthworks are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme. Maintain strong working relationships with the Client, stakeholders, and the public when required. Take ownership of all work under their control and ensure high standards of delivery.
