As a Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate earthworks activities on-site, including excavation, grading, compaction, and related operations. Ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, environmental regulations, and quality standards will be critical to delivering projects on time while maintaining site integrity and supporting the company’s mission and values.
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure safe and compliant execution of earthworks operations.
- Minimise environmental impact through responsible site management.
- Support timely project delivery by coordinating resources and resolving site issues.
- Enhance quality and durability of foundational works, reducing long-term maintenance risks.
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to foster collaboration.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Coordination of plant, labour, and materials to meet project milestones.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3, CSCS Gold Card, and SSSTS certification are essential; CPCS plant qualification is highly desirable.
- The ability to provide clear, confident, and authoritative instructions.
- A proactive and positive approach to health and safety at all times.
- Communication effectively and professionally across all levels of the organisation.
- A flexible and adaptable attitude toward changing work requirements.
