From highways and rail networks to renewable energy developments, our solutions combine engineering excellence with environmental responsibility, creating sustainable foundations for future growth.
As Foreman, you will take charge of the day-to-day delivery of our earthworks operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently acting as key point of contact for managing people, equipment, and materials within your section of the project. Your leadership will drive productivity while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality, making sure every aspect of the work is completed on time and to specification. This is a hands-on role where your ability to organise, communicate, and lead will be critical to the success of our projects.
What you’ll be doing:

- Manage materials by overseeing daily orders for essentials such as gas oil, water, AdBlue, imported stone and geotextiles.
- Keep accurate records by completing Daily Allocation Sheets and promoting digital record-keeping.
- Enforce plant checks by collecting daily reports and addressing any defective equipment promptly.
- Provide feedback and reporting on team performance and dynamics to support development, while not directly handling HR processes.

- Possess solid knowledge of machine/application matching, production outputs and the Series 600 Specification for Highway Works.
- Apply GPS machine guidance effectively across operations.
