As Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the safe delivery of a major earthmoving project as part of our site team. Your focus will be on maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a positive safety culture across all operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HSE support and guidance to the site team.
- Carry out regular site tours and inspections.
- Investigate incidents and report findings.
- Build strong, positive relationships with the workforce.
- Work collaboratively with the client’s SHE team.
- Deliver HSE training and site inductions.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and plans.
- Produce monthly HSE reports.
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation and best practices.
