The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. This role offers hands-on experience across cost management, contract administration, and change controls, with structured support and mentoring from experienced professionals. No prior industry experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with cost control, reporting, and commercial record keeping
- Support contract administration and commercial correspondence
- Review Daily Allocation Sheets (DAS) and ensure accurate cost coding
- Maintain site records and commercial documentation
- Assist with change control and application for payment
- Ensure compliance with company systems and best practices
- Support the wider commercial and project teams as required
What We’re Looking For
