We're looking for an ambitious graduate to join an investor-backed IT services business on the verge of rapid growth, supporting the delivery of customer technology projects from a commercial and operational perspective. You’ll begin laying the structural foundations for dependable analysis and develop alongside growth into a position of commercial influence and authority. Working across Procurement, Finance and Project Management, you'll help build and manage project Bills of Materials (BOMs), analyse costs, model pricing scenarios and support decisions that drive project profitability and successful delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants broad business exposure and real responsibility from day one. Rather than following a traditional graduate programme, you'll work closely with experienced professionals across multiple functions, gaining hands-on experience in commercial analysis, project delivery and business operations within a fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain project Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Support project costing, pricing and margin analysis
  • Develop commercial and financial models for customer opportunities
  • Work with Procurement to validate supplier costs and pricing
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, reporting and profitability analysis
  • Support Project Managers with budget tracking and commercial insight
  • Produce analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
About You
  • Recent graduate or final-year student with some business experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers and Excel
  • Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, curious and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment

If you're looking for a role where you can gain exposure across multiple business functions, take ownership early and accelerate your career in a high-growth technology business, we'd love to hear from you.
