Having achieved significant product-market fit and grown to approximately £10m revenue, the business is now entering its next phase of scale. With strong investor backing, an expanding customer base and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a commercially minded CFO to help shape the next chapter of the journey.
The Opportunity
As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO, Board and investors to drive growth, scalability and value creation. This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage, building the financial foundations required to support rapid expansion while influencing strategy, operations and future funding activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of finance, FP&A, reporting, controls and compliance.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute the growth strategy.
- Build scalable financial systems, processes and KPI frameworks.
- Provide insight and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Lead cashflow management, forecasting and working capital optimisation.
- Develop investor-grade reporting and Board materials.
- Support future fundraising, debt financing and strategic transactions.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance function capable of supporting significant scale.
- Act as a trusted advisor to investors, Board members and senior stakeholders.
About You
We're interested in speaking with ambitious CFOs and finance leaders who combine strong technical capability with commercial acumen. You are likely to bring:
- CFO, Finance Director or VP Finance experience within a high-growth technology, SaaS, data or software business.
- Experience operating in a venture-backed and/or investor-backed environment.
- A track record of scaling businesses through periods of rapid growth.
- Strong FP&A, strategic finance and business partnering capabilities.
- Experience building finance functions, systems and processes.
- Credibility with boards, investors and senior stakeholders.
- A hands-on approach combined with the ability to operate strategically.
