A scaling, private-equity backed SaaS business is recruiting a Group Finance Manager to play a key role in integrating international acquisitions and transforming finance operations across the group. Following recent investment and with an active M&A pipeline, this role will support the Group Financial Controller and CFO, helping to shape the finance function for the next phase of growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the integrity of the month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely consolidated reporting
- Produce dependable consolidated group reporting, board packs and cashflow forecasts
- Lead projects to integrate, automate and standardise finance operations across subsidiaries
- Support the FC in developing the group finance team, including taking on direct reports
- Partner with the wider business to improve controls, processes and financial visibility as the group scales
As the business grows, the role will naturally expand to include:
- Increased commercial exposure and investor interaction
- Broader ownership across group finance and decision support
- A pathway to Financial Controller for a high performer
About you:
- Technically strong finance background (likely ACA qualified)
- Experience in a VC or PE-backed, fast-growing and complex group environment
- Expertise with M&A integration, systems and process improvement
