Our client is an acquisitive, PE-backed group delivering commissioning and technical services across major construction and infrastructure programmes (incl. data centres) in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Pursuing an active buy-and-build strategy, we need a Finance Director to build the multi-entity finance platform, systems and reporting that will underpin rapid, disciplined growth.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and PE investor, you'll help shape commercial and financial strategy, own cash flow and working capital across a project-based (WIP) business, and lead due diligence and integration on future acquisitions.

  • FD/Head of Finance experience, ideally £10-30m revenue
  • Background in a projects (WIP)-based environment
  • Strong M&A and post-acquisition integration track record
  • Hands-on, low-ego, comfortable in a flat, fast-moving culture
