The Role:

- This is a role for a commercially astute CFO who wants to sit close to the P&L and the business.
You will:
- Partner with the board and investors to shape and execute financial, commercial and operational strategy.
- Build a best-in-class finance function- reporting, systems, controls, and working capital management.
- Drive value through commercial analytics, pricing management and margin improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Team, with a focus on the real drivers and drags of value creation.

- Champion health, safety, environment and quality standards, with genuine, regular time spent on operational sites alongside frontline teams.
You will bring:

- Proven experience supporting international expansion within a scaling or acquisitive business.
- A genuine track record across the M&A lifecycle: origination support, due diligence, structuring and integration.
- Commercial instinct- comfortable challenging pricing, contract structure and margin drivers.
- An entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset suited to a founder-led, scaling business, balanced with the discipline to build structure.
- Boardroom gravitas paired with a hands-on, visible leadership style.
- Experience within a contracts-based value operating model.
