Edtech business is recruiting a Head of Finance; their first in-house finance lead, to help drive the next phase of growth.
You’ll partner directly with the CEO and investors to build and lead the finance function, combining hands-on delivery with strategic input.
Key areas:- Own financial reporting, controls, and accounting operations
- Build SaaS KPI reporting (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV) and a single source of truth
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Drive insight on pricing, growth, and unit economics
- Implement cashflow forecasting and improve commercial visibility
- Support systems, automation, and process scalability
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Currently a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or strong #2
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, or high-growth environments preferred
- Strong fundamentals in reporting, FP
