Head of Finance

Global PE business in Oxford is recruiting Head of Finance to build for growth to the next level.

Senior position to take ownership of financial operations and consolidated reporting for international entities. Build out structure and improve processes to support rapid growth through M&A.

• Responsible for integrity of month end close and reporting pack.
• Guide operational leadership on P&L performance.
• Improve General Ledger, AP, AR processes.
• Optimise cash management and projection.
• Develop a high-quality finance team.
