We\’re recruiting a high‑impact role leading financial planning and analysis across an international, PE‑backed group undergoing significant transformation and growth. This is a chance to shape the financial agenda, influence senior leaders, and drive performance through insight, challenge, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and investors, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Present insights and recommendations to executive and board‑level stakeholders.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment and informed decision‑making.
• Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and group‑wide performance reporting.
• Produce insightful management information, variance analysis, KPIs, and trend dashboards.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvement levers.
• Support transformation initiatives focused on cost efficiency and margin improvement.
• Lead financial integration of newly acquired entities.
• Champion innovation in reporting, automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and strategy.
• Support M&A activity including due diligence, integration and post‑deal performance monitoring.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance across planning and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong post‑qualification FP&A expertise.
• Experience in a PE‑backed, multi‑entity international organisation (professional services desirable).
• Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to influence and challenge at senior level.
• Advanced Excel and modelling capability; BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) advantageous.
• Commercial mindset, analytical strength and operational curiosity.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
