Rapidly scaling PE-backed B2B services business in Corby is recruiting a senior Financial Accountant, to help build up financial professionalism and structure. Hybrid working, £60-70k salary + bonus.
Responsibilities
- Own technical accounting, reporting and compliance; contribute to growth by managing change and improving processes.
- Monthly financial reporting; balance sheet, cashflow and working capital.
- Ownership of consolidated balance sheet integrity.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and tax standards.
- Contribute to management accounts and board reporting pack.
- Prepare statutory accounts and support audit.
- Assist budget preparation and analysis.
- Improve financial control and processes.
Qualifications
ACA/ACCA qualified with strong technical accounting skills, you’ll collaborate with the wider business and participate in strategic development.
