Blackwaters Consulting Group, a fast-growing facilities services company in Leicestershire, is seeking a commercially astute CFO to join the executive team three days a week on site. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the COO, CCO and CMO to drive sustained growth and value creation.
You will partner with the board and investors to shape financial, commercial and operational strategy, build a best-in-class finance function, and lead pricing, working capital and margin improvements.
