We’re supporting a high-growth, international SaaS business in the search for an FP&A Manager to lead UK planning and performance analysis. This is a genuinely high-impact role - sitting at the centre of decision-making, working closely with the UK CFO and global FP&A leadership to drive insight, planning and strategic execution. The business operates in a fast-scaling, data-rich environment with strong backing and clear momentum, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys pace, complexity and visibility.
The Role
- Own UK FP&A, acting as the go-to for planning, performance and insight.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
- Deliver high-quality KPI and management reporting for local and group stakeholders.
- Partner across the business to translate data into commercial insight.
- Own variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities early.
- Support strategic initiatives including M&A, funding and investment analysis.
- Build and refine financial models, scenario planning and sensitivities.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools and data integrity.
This is a hands-on role with real breadth, from core reporting through to strategic projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong FP&A or corporate finance background (c.5+ years PQE).
- Technically strong - modelling, forecasting, data analysis.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to NetSuite, Adaptive or BI tools helpful.
- Likely ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent), but not essential.
