Investor backed international fintech business is recruiting an ambitious Financial Controller, to be right hand to CFO helping build and improve end to end financial processes and structure for continued growth. This is a high-impact role offering exposure across reporting, commercial finance, regulatory reporting and team leadership, in a complex multi-currency and multi-entity group. You’ll play a key role in strengthening the finance function, improving controls and reporting processes and supporting strategic expansion objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the consolidated month-end close
- Producing monthly reporting and MI analysis
- Managing FCA and VAT submissions
- Overseeing overseas audits
- Building cash flow models
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
You will support the CFO to develop a high-performing finance team and partner the wider business. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong multi-currency and consolidation experience from a fast-growth Fintech environment.
