Hi-Tech manufacturing group in Crawley is recruiting a Finance Analyst to report to the European FD and support senior management with high-quality financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Opportunity for exposure to international operations within a dynamic and innovative industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help prepare monthly financial reporting packs and variance analysis for senior leadership
  • Support the consolidated budgeting and forecasting process across European operations
  • Upload forecasting data into Oracle Hyperion for reporting
  • Help manage month-end reporting submissions to Global HQ
  • Support global finance system transformation project

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ finance experience in a large organisation
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills with experience in multi-currency environment
  • Advanced Excel skills including data analysis and pivot tables
  • Oracle Hyperion or similar experience
