A high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS platform based in London is recruiting a Head of Finance. Operating in a resilient, regulation-driven market, the business is scaling rapidly and investing in its next phase of growth. This role will build and lead the finance function, partner closely with the CEO and investors, and have full ownership and direct impact on performance and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO on growth planning and commercial decisions
- Deliver clear reporting and insights to PE stakeholders
- Own monthly reporting, SaaS KPIs (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV), and financial controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
- Drive cashflow visibility, unit economics, and commercial performance
- Improve systems, processes, and data integrity to support scale
Candidate Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience in SaaS, subscription, or training/education businesses
- Ideally PE/VC-backed environment exposure
- Strong commercial mindset with SaaS metrics expertise
