Our Brighton-based client is currently seeking ambitious Customer Sales Advisors to join their busy team due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion and have new roles become available within their dynamic team in the field sales and customer service sector, within residential and event environments.
If you're a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time equivalent availability, and a desire to grow in a dynamic sales and customer service environment, our client invites you to apply.
Candidates must:
- Possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Have strong English speaking and writing skills, which are essential for clear and effective communication with customers and our client due to the nature of the role.
- Have full-time equivalent availability/be eligible to work full-time in the UK with no restrictions.
They provide coaching for all applicants and offer mentorship in all aspects of client and customer interaction, so a lack of prior experience will not be a disadvantage. Our clients' comprehensive training programs and masterclasses are designed to help you reach your full potential and drive consistent sales success.
As part of their team, you'll be treated to:

Even though no experience is needed for these roles, people with the following experience tend to flourish in this self-employed, commission-based role: Sales Representative, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, Administrators; however, all possessing high levels of Customer Service and excellent work ethic.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week.
