Customer Sales Assistant – Kick Start Your Career in Sales!
Glasgow City Centre – Immediate Full-Time Starts Available.
Please Note: Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in the UK. We are unable to offer opportunities to international students and require candidates with full-time availability only.
Due to client demand and rapid expansion, our Glasgow-based client is actively seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to take on full-time equivalent roles as Customer Sales Assistants, representing their fast-paced, lively, and dynamic sales team. Whether you're taking your first step or looking to progress further in sales, our client is committed to providing ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities include:
- Representing our clients and the brands associated with them.
- Maintaining a professional image at all times.
- Communicating with customers face-to-face in field sales environments.
- Attending training and skill development sessions.
- Working alongside fellow sales assistants, exchanging insights and proven strategies to continually sharpen your approach.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

No experience is required, as full sales coaching and product training are provided from day one. Candidates from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail, customer service, hospitality, call centre, marketing or similar roles are welcome to apply. This is a customer-facing, self-employed opportunity where earnings are performance-related through a commission-based structure, offering strong earning potential alongside incentives for consistent results. Full product and sales training is provided to ensure you are fully supported from day one.
Candidates must be available full-time and be able to commute to our clients Glasgow office each working day (4/5 days a week between Monday – Saturday).
