You will be the first point of contact for both prospective candidates and the existing sales team, acting as the brand’s gatekeeper and ensuring a professional, high-energy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving the Pipeline: Proactively managing the candidate journey through high-volume phone screening, welcoming applicants, and coordinating interviews.
