Due to increased client demand and rapid expansion, our Glasgow-based client is currently seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join their fast‑paced and dynamic sales team on a full‑time equivalent basis. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to start their career in sales or take the next step in a customer‑facing role, with full coaching, guidance, and ongoing support provided from day one.

Successful applicants will be engaging with customers face‑to‑face in field sales environments while representing a range of well‑known brands.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Representing clients and associated brands in a professional manner
  • Engaging with customers face‑to‑face during field sales campaigns
  • Maintaining a confident and positive brand image
  • Attending training and skill development sessions

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Our client is looking for individuals who want to build a long‑term career in sales. This is a self‑employed, subcontracted role, operating on a commission‑based earnings structure, offering uncapped earning potential for individuals who are driven, consistent, and motivated by performance.
