Due to recent growth, our client is recruiting individuals with full‑time equivalent availability to join their successful and well‑established sales and marketing network in Central Leicester. As part of an award‑winning global organisation representing major clients across the UK, they are seeking confident, ambitious individuals to support increased client demand through face‑to‑face sales campaigns within residential environments.

They are looking for people who are:

  • Ready to make a strong, confident impression
  • Comfortable delivering high‑quality customer service
  • Thriving in a collaborative, team‑first environment
  • Motivated to take ownership of their performance and progression
  • Confident engaging in face‑to‑face conversations in English
  • Available to commit to a full‑time equivalent schedule (4–5 full days per week, Monday–Saturday).

No experience is required, as full sales and product coaching is provided to all team members. However, experience in customer‑facing roles such as retail, hospitality, bar work, call centres, warehouse roles, sales, or customer service may be advantageous.
