Key Responsibilities
- Attend initial skill-based knowledge sessions in the office to enhance your knowledge
- Learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
- Speak with members of the public within face to face event environments with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of the client
- Provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them
Requirements
- While customer-facing experience can be an advantage, it isn’t necessary to succeed — our client values applicants from a wide range of backgrounds
- Must be willing and able to commute daily in London
- Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
