Based in the heart of Plymouth, our client is a fast-paced Sales and Marketing company representing some of the most well-known brands in the country. With current expansion, they are looking to develop their direct sales team with ambitious and forward-thinking Entry Level Sales Advisors who have a passion for driving growth and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
Please note: This role is not suitable for students/international students, as the position requires a full-time commitment.

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- No experience required; however, experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or other face-to-face customer relations roles is a bonus.

- Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 days per week, Mon–Sat).
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers face-to-face within residential environments around the Plymouth area, answering inquiries and providing product information.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Build strong connections with consumers, boosting brand awareness and delivering memorable experiences.
- Showcase in-depth knowledge of brands and offer personalised recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.

No experience is required for this subcontracted role as you will have access to fantastic support and mentoring networks from seasoned professionals, you’ll have the tools and resources to excel in this dynamic and exciting field sales role. However, candidates with any previous work experience in the following roles will find it useful: customer service, sales representative, direct sales, field sales, warehouse, retail, call centre, bar manager, hospitality, marketing assistant, front of house, direct marketing, sales assistant, canvassing, and any other customer service or sales role.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or current international students. Due to availability, our client is looking for candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon - Sat).
