Looking to develop your skills within a customer‑facing sales environment? Our client offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in a face‑to‑face sales and customer service environment, supported by experienced sales professionals from day one.

Based in London, the company represents recognised non‑profit brands through retail pop‑ups, promotional events and other event‑based campaigns. Due to continued growth, they are expanding the sales team with enthusiastic individuals interested in building communication, customer engagement and sales skills.

Full‑time equivalent availability (5 full working days per week) is required. Candidates currently in education or international students are not considered.

  • English communication and interpersonal skills, confidence engaging with people in face‑to‑face environments.
  • No previous experience needed – experience in customer‑facing roles is welcomed.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

The Role
  • Engage customers face‑to‑face through retail pop‑ups, promotional events and other event‑based campaigns across London.
  • Provide information about products and services while answering customer enquiries.
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
  • Support customer acquisition activities and accurately complete relevant customer records.
