The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 £ per year.

Hours: 9:00 to 5:30pm (some flexibility required, due to occasional weekend meetings)

Salary: £35-40K DOE

Location: London N19 3JD (hybrid/work from home will be available after initial period)

Our client is a large field marketing and fundraising organisation with associated Sales offices based all over the UK. They are one of the most trusted partners in the outsourced field sales and marketing industry, they have been running for the past 27 years and are continuing to grow the industry and provide exceptional service to their clients.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the bridge between their charity partners and the suppliers, ensuring every campaign is strategic, compliant, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strong key stakeholder relationships
  • Provide strategic planning and effective leadership for campaign setup
  • Day to day management of accounts, being the main point of contact for clients and suppliers
  • Work closely with operational team to help deliver campaigns that meet client needs
  • Product development / innovation
  • Develop client campaign materials and training for each fundraising campaign in line with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage forecasts, ensuring they are deliverable
  • Liaise with all internal departments and suppliers to meet or exceed all campaign deliverables
  • Develop reporting suite in line with business requirements
  • Conduct quarterly review meetings with clients and senior management team
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
  • Experience in similar type of Account Management or CRM role is required
  • Proven experience of contract negotiation and management of a portfolio of multiple accounts
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience in developing business cases, financial modelling and project implementation
  • Excellent communication skills including proven experience of presenting/training
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work both independently and in a team
  • Experience within the Charitable fundraising sector would be advantageous but not essential.
