About the role
We’re looking for a young, ambitious Sales and Customer Service Associate to support our busy office and event team. No prior experience required – full product training and direct sales coaching will be provided so you can thrive in fast‑paced, face‑to‑face event environments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver fantastic customer service.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Communicate fluently in English with customers.
- Maintain full‑time availability (4–5 days a week, Mon‑Sat).
- Commute to Nottingham City Centre daily.
What we offer
Day rate plus commission incentive structure – potential earnings of £24k‑£30k per annum, flexible schedule and bonus rewards for hitting targets.

Preferred experience
