Due to client demand and rapid expansion, our Southampton based client is actively seeking, enthusiastic and bubbly individuals ready to embark on full-time equivalent roles as Sales Assistants, representing their fast-paced, lively and dynamic sales company! Whether you\'re a recent graduate, changing careers, or just starting out, our client is committed to providing structured compliance training and ongoing skill-based support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities Include
- Representing our clients and the brands associated with them.
- Maintaining a professional image.
- Communicating with customers face to face in residential environments.
- Attending training/skill development sessions.
- Work alongside fellow sales assistants, exchanging insights and proven strategies to continually sharpen your approach.
