What You\'ll Need to Be Successful:
- Confident English communication skills.
- UK resident or eligible to work full-time (over 20 hours/week) in the UK.
- Completed full-time education, or available to work for the next 3 months.
- Live within commutable distance of Central Watford.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Branding, and Sales Admin.
- Strong work ethic with an enjoyment for a fun and sociable work environment.
- Basic computer/tablet skills.
Ideal (not essential, still apply)
- GCSE English Level D/3 or equivalent.
- Previous customer-facing experience (customer service, sales, hospitality, care, warehouse, front of house, retail).
- Ambitious, competitive, and enjoys a challenge.
- Desire to progress and take on additional responsibilities.
Your Initial Responsibilities
- Attend product/service training to understand the client you\'ll represent.
- Participate in skill development sessions with experienced sales professionals.
- Attend office meetings for company updates, networking, motivation, and feedback.
- Approach potential customers in face-to-face field sales in residential environments to generate interest in clients\' brands.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Assist in closing sales and guiding customers through the acquisition process, including sales admin.
