Based in the heart of Norwich, our client is a fast-paced Sales and Marketing company, who represent some of the most well-known brands in the country. As part of the larger, successful Legion organisation with several offices nationwide, their current expansion means that they are looking to develop their direct sales team with ambitious and forward-thinking Entry Level Sales Assistants, who have a passion for driving growth, and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- No prior experience is required. While they welcome applicants from face-to-face customer relations roles like Retail or Hospitality, they focus on transferable skills and provide all the training you need.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
- Able to work a full-time equivalent schedule, 4/5 days per week (Mon-Sat).
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers, face-to-face, within the Norwich area, to address inquiries and provide product information.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Building strong connections with consumers, boost brand awareness and deliver memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Showcasing in-depth knowledge of brands and offering personalised recommendations.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
