Our client, based in Brighton, is currently looking for ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic Sales Assistants with full-time availability to start immediately in their growing sales team due to their clients' high demand for new customers. You will be given full client training so that you fully understand who you are representing, as well as the structure of the business and how you can make the most out of the role on offer.

Responsibilities:
- To attend initial training in the office, and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and provide a good customer experience.
- To learn about the client, their products and services, and important statistics and information that can help you speak with customers and keep them informed.
- To speak with members of the public within residential campaigns face-to-face, with the main purposes of providing a face for the brand, creating brand awareness, and generating sales on behalf of your client.
- To provide feedback on locations and sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them.
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience is ideal but not essential for success; no experience is required.
- Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development sessions to improve sales ability.
- No qualifications needed.
- Must be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in Brighton (5 days a week).
- Must have excellent English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public.
