Our client, a thriving company in field sales and marketing, is looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Assistants to join their vibrant subcontracted team in Maidstone! No experience No problem – our client provides full client training, support and upskilling opportunities from day one, supporting campaigns on behalf of non-profit clients, within a supportive environment where you can build confidence and grow.
Key Attributes:
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week)
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to learn and succeed.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- No previous sales experience is required – However successful candidates in the past have come from customer facing backgrounds such as retail, front of house, customer service, waiting staff, hospitality, call centre or any other customer-facing background.
