Sales Advisor (Entry Level) - Full Time Equivalent with Immediate Starts!

Our client is a fast-paced Sales and Marketing Company, based in Southampton, and they are expanding fast across the UK. They represent some of the most well-known brands in the country and current expansion means that they are looking to develop their team of sales and customer service advisors, with motivated and enthusiastic individuals, with fantastic communication skills and full-time availability to join their team! They find that people with backgrounds in bar work, hospitality, restaurants and hotel environments have the ideal customer service and sales skills that they look for.

If you have a great attitude and exceptional customer service skills from your previous bar or hospitality role, and are looking for a career in sales, customer service and marketing, this is the opportunity for you. Full client and product coaching provided, as well as access to fantastic support and mentoring networks within Residential environments, so no experience is necessary.

People who have been successful in this self-employed, commission-only role have previously worked as hotel receptionists, waiters or waitresses, bar staff, hospitality, events assistants, catering assistants, customer service advisors, warehouse operatives, retail assistants, shop assistants or bar managers. This is through skills developed at dealing with people, and great communication skills through working in their industries.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university), due to availability; our client is seeking candidates that can work 5 full days per week. Roles are based in Southampton.
